Beach Clen-ups ASANA is dedicated to the continuous protection of the beaches of the southern and central Pacific. ASANA Beach Cleanups started December 2006 and are held the second Saturday of every month, starting at 8am. Each month volunteers led by ASANA personel will spend one day cleaning the beaches of Matapalo, Hatillo, La Guapil, Dominical, Dominicalito, Puerto Nuevo, Hermosa, and Uvita. The more volunteers for these events the more beaches ASANA can reach. Please contact us if you are interested in helping or donating. ASANA continuously needs volunteers, plastic/latex gloves and trash bags for this project.
